MARGE was contracted to elaborate a methodological guide on capacity building for local players in decentralized electrification systems. This work is carried out under the " Strengthening international cooperation to address the challenges of energy services access in developing countries" program, implemented by the network Cicle (internal cooperation on climate and energy - reseau-cicle.org). This guide is aimed at decentralized and non-governmental cooperation players (NGOs, private sector and local authorities) and VSE/SMEs, and is intended to summarize the state of knowledge and up-to-date, reliable practices in the implementation of decentralized electrification projects. The guide should be finalized at the end of 2024.
