A few months ago, MARGE completed a methodological guide for local players in the field of decentralised electrification on behalf of the Réseau Cicle. The guide explains key stages of a decentralised electrification project (design, financing, construction and operation), highlighting success factors and mistakes to avoid, as well as the role that local players, in the broadest sense, can play. An important number of references to dig deeper in the different topics are also provided. Ultimately, the guide should allow each type of players to identify their capacity-building needs and implement best practices. The guide was now finally published and is publicly available on the the Réseau Cicle website.
