MARGE acts daily to limit its carbon footprint. However, our core business, access to energy in developing countries, requires part of the team to travel frequently, mainly between Europe and Africa, to follow the projects in their country of implementation. In order to offset the 35 tons of CO2 emitted in 2022 during these trips, MARGE has made a donation to the GoodPlanet Foundation. This donation will help to offset these emissions through projects such as the distribution of solar cookers in Latin America or the recycling of household waste in Africa.
