MARGE has been supporting Enabel since 2020 in setting up cold storage rooms in Guinea. After an initial diagnostic phase in 2020, MARGE drew up the technical specifications for the systems and monitored the construction work in 2022 and 2023. MARGE now ensures that these cold stores are properly managed and that they operate smoothly from a technical and organisational point of view.

MARGE supported the development of solar kiosks in two communities hosting refugees. The kiosks are used to house productive activities and power a pump to meet the population's water needs. MARGE was in charge of sizing the solar system and carrying out an economic and financial analysis of the kiosk projects in order to demonstrate their viability.
